Maria has organized a workshop for my team with the topic of Effective intercultural communication. The content was adequate and interesting. The format was very interactive and all team members had a chance to put the learnings into practice.
Thanks to Maria's very good communication skills, it was also fun and team bonding activity. It has very much reached my expectations and the team provided me with positive feedback too.
I believe this workshop would be useful to all remote teams.
